OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE -

Qualifications: VTCT NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (minimum entry level)

Experience: At least 6 months in a salon or spa environment

Personality: Excellent communication skills to engage confidently with guests and colleagues

Energy: The stamina and skill to perform up to 8 hours of treatments daily

As a Spa Therapist, you will:

Deliver exceptional treatments to the highest standards, trained by our Treatment Manager and premium product partners

Ensure treatment rooms are fully stocked and ready for guests

Support your team by stepping in wherever needed

Strive for excellence by continuously improving your skills and welcoming feedback

Help achieve daily and monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the spa
