Spa Therapist:

Partnered with Espa and working in an award-winning Spa environment our Spa Therapists are at the heart of our Spa. Demonstrating passion for their treatments and delivering an exceptional and memorable service to our guests.

In this role:

Spa Therapists will embark on a training and development journey with renowned International brand Espa.

You will have the opportunity to train in a variety of treatments, including; advanced facials, Bamboo massage, Pre Natal treatments, Mindful Massage, Deep Muscle Massage, Mii manicures and pedicures and dermaplaning. Perform all treatments in line with 5 standards
Focus on self-development and keep up to date with treatment protocols and new product launches. Personal appearance is to be immaculate and in keeping with professional standards. Therapists will offer aftercare and retail recommendations at the end of treatments linked to supporting your guest's well-being and individual concerns. Therapists will work towards retail targets set and in turn be rewarded with product incentives. Work with an enthusiastic and motivated attitude when dealing with both guests and colleagues.

Please note: Weekend working is an essential requirement, with hours available primarily on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays.

Typical shift times :

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: 8.45am - 5.15pm

Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday: 9.45am - 6.15pm

Salary:

Starting at 12.32 per hour

Increasing to 12.97 per hour after 1 years' service and successful training.

About you:

Recognised Beauty Therapy qualification (e.g NVQ Level 2&3, BTEC, CIDESCO) Espa treatment training is advantageous but not essential as training will be a continuous part of your role. Mii Manicure and Pedicure training advantageous but not essential. Experience in providing facial, body, manicure or pedicure treatments is desired. Possess exceptional guest service skills Passion for the beauty and spa industry and desire to deliver the most exceptional treatment experience to your guests.
