Beacon Sports & Fitness are looking for enthusiastic and reliable candidates to work with their superb team as a Sports Centre Attendant on a casual basis. This is a zero hour contract, an ideal role for those who want a flexible role in which they can choose which shifts to work from those available on a monthly basis.



To assist with setting up sports equipment, cleaning, assisting on reception with bookings enquiries, sales and would ideally have a level 2 gym instructor qualification but that is not essential.

Working under the direction of the Centre Manager, Deputy Manager or Sports Attendant, you will deliver a first-class customer service ensuring the Centre is well presented at all times.

The Centre's current opening hours are Mon - Fri 6.00 am to 10.00 pm, Sat/ Sun/ Bank Holidays 8.00 am to 8.00pm. It is anticipated that casual staff will be rostered to work a range of shifts including evenings and weekends.

Flexibility is important as you may be required to work at short notice to cover holidays and sickness. However, it is anticipated that this role could be fitted around study commitments (e.g. 6th Form, College/ University), a second job.

Casual staff will be entitled to free use of the gym facilities.
