Chelmsford Sport & Athletics Centre, is one of Chelmsford City Council's four leisure facilities, offering a variety of sporting activities where there is something for everyone. Every member of staff plays their role, working within a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Gymnastic Coaches to lead the delivery of our gymnastic courses.

Applicants should be experienced in coaching children and be strong confident communicators with excellent customer care skills. Applicants should possess a Level 2 Gymnastic coaching qualification and can adapt your delivery to suit various skills and abilities in order to create an environment to motivate and encourage participants.

There are a variety of coaching opportunities available, depending on ability and experience. Offered on a casual basis, hours will be available during the evenings, weekends, school holidays and some daytime shifts.

Interviews are scheduled for 21st November 2025.
