Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable casual staff members to join our late-night team. This is a varied role, supporting all aspects of the venue's operation to ensure smooth running and an outstanding guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Glass Collecting:
Ensuring tables and bar areas are kept clear and tidy, with safe and efficient removal of glassware.Cleaning:
Maintaining cleanliness across the venue, including bar areas, dance floor, and restrooms.Bar Support:
Assisting bar staff, preparing and serving drinks, handling payments, and ensuring responsible service of alcohol.Shot Selling & Floor Service:
Promoting and selling shots and drink specials directly to customers in a friendly and engaging manner.Street Promotion:
Handing out flyers, engaging with the public, and promoting events and special offers to drive footfall.General Support:
Assisting with stock replenishment, setting up/packing down events, and any other tasks needed to keep the venue running smoothly.What We're Looking For
Outgoing, confident, and approachable personality. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work late nights, weekends, and bank holidays. A team player who is also self-motivated. Previous bar, events, or promo experience is an advantage (but not essential). Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic are a must.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance, Zero hours contract
Pay: 11.44-12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 6 - 12 per week
