Casual contract - Rota based between 7:00am - 10:00pm, including sleep-in shifts.

What you'll do



Deliver person-centred care in line with support plans and risk assessments Promote independence and help residents make informed choices Support access to recreational, educational, and social activities Work both independently and as part of a team across various settings Report to the Senior Support Worker and Service Manager

We're looking for someone who brings warmth, empathy, and reliability to the role. To thrive in this position, you'll need:

Strong communication skills

to build trust and rapport

Basic literacy and numeracy

to manage everyday tasks

Compassion and patience

to support individuals with dignity and respect

Ideally, experience in a caring industry

such as hospitality, education, or similar

Eligibility to pass an Enhanced DBS check

or be registered with the DBS Update Service

Even better if you also have:



Previous experience in a care environment Understanding of disabilities and physical access/adaptation needs A genuine commitment to equal opportunities and inclusive care
