, you'll help learning disabled adults learn new skills, develop independence, build confidence, and explore new interests. Every day is different - you could be supporting someone with daily tasks like cooking and shopping, helping them access the community, or encouraging them to try a new hobby. Your role is to provide the right level of support while promoting choice and independence.

Where you'll be working: Wadebridge, Cornwall
Your salary: 14.02 per hour (Basic rate of 12.60 plus 12.07% in lieu of holiday entitlement)
Your working hours: Monday-Friday - 10am-4pm. We offer lots of flexibility to suit you and those you support.
Generous Holidays: 33 days of annual leave (including eight days statutory bank holidays).
Pay incentives: 10% overtime allowance, 20% Bank Holiday allowance, 50% for key dates over Christmas.
Training & development: Earn money while you get a fully funded Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care.
