Job description

To provide hands-on support with production, packing, and general manufacturing tasks during peak workloads, ensuring products are made, handled, and dispatched efficiently and safely. Working within various teams with availability to complete a work only day shift pattern, or, a work afternoon / evening shift pattern, or, to work any pattern for a minimum of 3 hours.

Duties

Assisting with day-to-day manufacturing tasks Packing, labelling, and preparing products for dispatch Following health & safety and quality standards Supporting the team with general duties as required

Abilities and Skills

Excellent attention to detail Able to learn and implement instructions correctly Able to follow hygiene and cleaning instructions consistently Comfortable working in a modern manufacturing / warehouse environment. Able to work as part of a team and support departments when needed A resilient and agile team player, able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and support Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks Good communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with others Commitment to upholding health & safety standards Flexibility to work on short notice when required Appropriate levels of numeracy and literacy
Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

Redditch B98 9PA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
