Catalogue Manager (12-month Maternity Cover)

We are working with a fantastic music publisher to find a Catalogue Manager to join their Production & Digital team. This is a unique opportunity to work across iconic catalogue releases and upcoming projects, ensuring the highest production standards and seamless release processes.
Key Responsibilities

• Organise mastering, remastering, and Dolby Atmos mixing sessions
• Generate production parts orders (lacquers, DDPs, digital) and ISRCs
• Draft and proof label copy including credits, lyrics, and marketing text
• Order and coordinate approvals for test pressings and CDs/Blu-rays
• Conduct QC checks on CD and digital parts before release
• Select key tracks for marketing campaigns, clearing with publishing
• Curate and generate monthly themed DSP playlists and oversee new music playlists
• Manage production schedules and collaborate with designers on layouts
• Proof artwork for physical and digital releases
• Coordinate recording sessions and supervise creation of radio spots
• Transfer, digitise, and catalogue archival formats and recordings
• Liaise daily with studios, internal teams, and external partners

About You

• 3-5+ years' experience in a production team at a record label
• Proven track record of managing album production end-to-end
• Strong understanding of mastering, production parts, and digital workflows
• Confident drafting and proofreading label copy and artwork text
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Effective communicator and collaborative team player
