• Strategic Leadership: Define and deliver forward-thinking trading strategies that leverage market insight and supplier partnerships to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction, underpinned by accurate forecasting and a strong focus on cost efficiency.
• Innovation & Trends: Lead market-shaping strategies that set us apart from competitors.
• Market Analysis: Analyze the market landscape, responding with agility to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Collaboration & Negotiation: Build winning relationships with suppliers and internal teams, securing the best deals and innovative products.

Qualifications:
What You'll Bring
Proven experience as a Buyer, Category Manager, or similar role, with a track record of delivering growth.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to turn insights into action.
Experience leading product range, pricing, and promotional strategies.
Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing talent and driving team success.
A strategic mindset with a love for innovation and staying ahead of the curve.
Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships, drive collaboration, and engage effectively with a diverse network of stakeholders.
