We're looking for a Category Development Manager - Performance Products to join our growing Operational Marketing team at AB Dairy. In this role, you'll take full ownership of our performance product portfolio, using customer and market insight, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to drive success. What you'll be doing:
+ Lead the development and execution of strategic plans for the performance products category to meet sales and profitability goals.
+ Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and guide decision making.
+ Optimise pricing and promotional strategies to balance competitiveness with margin growth.
+ Translate insights into actionable operational marketing plans that enhance visibility and drive sales.
+ Collaborate with sales, technical, marketing, and operational teams to ensure alignment across category initiatives.
+ Manage and develop the product portfolio, identifying gaps and areas for innovation or rationalisation.
+ Monitor category performance through data analysis, customer feedback, and key commercial metrics.
+ Act as the voice of the customer and the market within the business, helping shape the product roadmap and go-to-market strategies., This role is predominantly home-based and can be performed remotely. Occasional visits to our recently refurbished Peterborough office, as well as other sites across the UK.
