The Category Leader (CL) Manufacturing Services has the major responsibility for the assigned sub-categories (MRO, warehouse, machinery, automation, CAPEX and Facilities) in Andover. The Category Leader is responsible to advance projects in the assigned category forward to generate additional value to management risk, fulfil sustainability targets and promote innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage assigned categories, to conduct tender processes with national and international suppliers using our e-sourcing tools.
Development and implementation of category strategies, from supplier sourcing through contract award to continuous contract performance management.
Leveraging supplier resources for optimising value delivery through total cost savings and managing innovation, sustainability and risk
Responsible for strategic supplier management through managing key supplier relationships and by measuring and reviewing supplier performance on annual basis.
Perform Business partnering with Key Stakeholders in Andover and across TwiningsOvo global footprint
Connecting and communicating with the TwiningsOvo and ABF procurement network
Skills, Knowledge, and Proficiency
At least 3-5 years of procurement experience in a FMCG business
Degree level education
Fluency in English (written & verbal)
Technical knowledge of Manufacturing Service categories
Experience in SAP S/4HANA, Ariba Guided Buying and E-Sourcing would be an asset
