Job Description

Some of your responsibilities will include:
Successful completion of all key milestones for all range changes
Successful delivery of projects / productivity improvements to agreed timelines
Successful development of processes and stakeholder knowledge and capabilities to ensure success
Manage the range change process for designated categories for all activity types (small to large change)
Use available systems and reports to provide visibility of milestone adherence and progress against all agreed metrics
Operate freely in a framework to explore and deliver ways to improve efficiencies, governance and right first time output for the team and wider stakeholders
Be proactive in personal development to augment wider understanding of business strategies and processes
Deliver key messages and progress updates to various stakeholders in a way that influences decision making

For this role, we're looking for someone who has:
Comprehensive knowledge of Retail industry
Strong Commercial awareness and understanding of team processes and systems
Thorough understanding of Critical Path management
Ability to influence and impact stakeholder decision making up to Director level while being flexible and resilient in light of business direction change
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including good emotional awareness to influence the right behaviours in teams and stakeholders
Strong organisational skills to prioritise workload effectively
Keen eye for detail for accurate data capture and cascade
Experie
Broad experience in Grocery Retail
Being part of strong, effective, high performing team
Milestone management and critical path governance
