Role Overview
Campari Group is looking for an Off Trade Category Manager to join the Business Intelligence team based in London, United Kingdom.
As an Off Trade Category Manager at Campari UK, you'll work in partnership with the Category & Insight Controller and Grocery, Convenience and Ecom sales team to deliver actionable insight and recommendations to the business and our partners, to help realise Campari's growth ambitions within the UK. The role includes delivering regular and continuous updates on category & business performance across the Off Trade, reviewing competitor & market segment performance, supporting internal teams with relevant market data & overseeing the development of an internal reporting suite that empowers fellow Camparistas.
We are looking for a dynamic individual with the ability to thrive in an agile and fast-paced environment who has bundles of enthusiasm and an ambition to succeed and help us build our wonderful portfolio of brands. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, have strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with and influence key stakeholders l cross-functional and external.
The candidate will , ideally have a background in UK FMCG, category management experience, strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and multi-channel experience.
The successful candidate will report into the Category & Insights Controller.

Deliver continous insight and recommendations through performance monitoring & reporting
Build and grow on existing relationships with key Off Trade customers
