The Category Manager for E-commerce will drive growth across Pure Play and Omni-Channel retailers, combining data insights, shopper behaviour, and digital shelf excellence to maximise category performance. Role Highlights
Lead E-commerce category development strategy for UK & Ireland
Analyse category performance, shopper behaviour, and market trends
Shape assortment and placement recommendations for Pure Play & Omni-Channel
Optimise the digital shelf to boost visibility, conversion, and sales
Build strong partnerships with retailers and internal stakeholders
Strong analytical skills, comfortable with multiple data sources
Knowledge of Pure Play and Omni-Channel retail models
Proven ability to translate insights into growth strategies
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
