Alongside our commercial growth, Longevita is actively involved in improving standards and transparency within the medical travel industry. We are leading a UK petition and wider awareness campaign focused on patient safety, ethical practices, and stronger regulation in medical tourism. Our marketing team plays a central role in promoting this initiative, driving awareness, engagement, and public support through digital campaigns, PR, and social media.

Role Overview



Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, we are looking for an ambitious, creative, and performance-driven Category Marketing Manager to take full ownership of one of our treatment categories.

This role blends paid social, performance marketing, social media growth, basic design and video editing (using Canva / Capcut etc), website updates, PR, and brand development. You will act as the "brand owner" for your category, responsible for its visibility, growth, and conversion performance across paid, organic, and owned channels.

You will work closely with teams based in both the UK and Turkey so strong communication and collaboration across international teams is essential to success in this role.

You will also play a key role in promoting Longevita's advocacy campaigns, including our UK petition for improved patient safety and regulation in medical tourism.

Key Responsibilities



Paid Social & Performance Marketing



Plan, create, manage and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, Google and TikTok within CPA targets Continuously test audiences, creatives, messaging and formats to improve performance Monitor and report on CPL, CPA, ROAS and engagement metrics Work with the wider digital team on budget planning and scaling strategies

Social Media Growth & Content Strategy



Own the social media strategy and growth for your assigned category Build and manage a monthly content calendar Create and publish organic content using scheduling and planning tools Ensure consistent brand tone, messaging and visual quality

Creative Production (Design & Video)



Design marketing visuals, ads, social posts, banners and stories using Canva, Photoshop or similar (with the support of a design team) Edit short-form video content for social and paid campaigns using CapCut or similar (with the support of video production teams) Repurpose content into multiple formats for different platforms Work with external designers and production teams when higher-end creative is required Ensure all creative follows brand guidelines and performance best practices

Website & SEO Support



Coordinate updates to category pages, landing pages and blog content Apply basic SEO principles including keyword targeting, internal linking and on-page optimisation Monitor website performance using GA4 and Search Console Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and organic visibility

PR, Influencer, Loyalty & Advocacy Campaigns



Support the Brand Partnership Coordinator with influencer identification and collaborations Assist with loyalty programme initiatives and creator engagement Build relationships with journalists, bloggers and publishers across health, beauty, travel and lifestyle Support backlink building and digital PR campaigns Actively promote Longevita's advocacy initiatives and UK petition through paid and organic campaigns Create educational and awareness-driven content focused on patient safety and transparency

Email & SMS Marketing



Plan and execute email and SMS campaigns for lead nurturing, reactivation and conversion Work with CRM systems to support funnel performance

Brand & Offline Marketing



Coordinate production of printed materials such as brochures, posters, folders and clinic assets Ensure all materials align with brand tone, messaging and quality standards

Cross-Team & International Collaboration



Act as the marketing owner of your assigned category Work closely with marketing, design, and operational teams in both the UK and Turkey Communicate clearly across departments to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently Share insights, learnings and best practices across categories Occasionally travel to Turkey to collaborate with teams, align on campaigns, and support major projects

We're Looking For Someone Who Has



Proven experience running paid campaigns on Meta, Google and TikTok Strong understanding of performance marketing and conversion optimisation Experience managing social media accounts and content strategies Basic design experience using Canva, Photoshop or similar tools Basic video editing experience for short-form content (CapCut, etc.) Experience using Google Analytics (GA4) and advertising dashboards Basic SEO knowledge and understanding of organic growth principles Strong communication skills and confidence working with international teams Strong organisational and project management skills Ability to balance creativity with commercial performance
Experience in healthcare, beauty, travel or lifestyle sectors is an advantage but not essential.
