Duties

Assist with food preparation and presentation for various events and functions. Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all catering activities. Collaborate with the catering team to set up and dismantle dining areas as required. Ensure that all equipment and utensils are cleaned and stored properly after use. Provide excellent guest services by addressing any inquiries or requests promptly. Support the culinary team in delivering high-quality dishes that meet client expectations. Assist with inventory management, including tracking supplies and reporting shortages.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or catering is highly desirable. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices is essential. Experience in food preparation or restaurant settings will be advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organisation. Culinary experience or hotel experience would be beneficial but not mandatory. A positive attitude towards guest services, ensuring every guest feels valued.
