We require a Catering Assistant for our production unit in Tyseley Birmingham.
Job Profile:
Assist in the production of foods for education & corporate buffets.
Hours are approx. 6am until around 1:30pm / 2:00pm Monday to Friday must be flexible To ensure all food leaves our kitchens on time whilst meeting our standards. Keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy, at all times.
To report directly to your line manager The successful applicant will be out driving every day for around 2 hours a day delivering on a route to our contracts around the city Always adhere to all company policies and procedures Carry out instructions given by your line manager.

Qualifications
Proven experience in catering and food service environments
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on guest services
Background in food preparation and culinary arts
Previous experience in restaurants or hotels is preferred
Valid driving licence is required for this position
