Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is on the lookout for a cheerful and motivated Catering Assistant to join our team at the Bispham Campus. In this customer-facing role, you'll help create a welcoming atmosphere while providing high-quality food and beverage services to students, staff, and visitors.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
As a vital member of our catering team, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Duties include:
Maintaining a high level of consistency in food preparation and presentation.
Minimising waste and accurately recording stock levels and inventory.
Operating kitchen appliances safely while adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
Handling cash and card payments in line with college financial procedures.
Supporting occasional out-of-hours catering for special events or functions.
