Catering Assistant to join our friendly Catering team. The successful candidate will enjoy grasping the task at hand, be
driven by deadlines
and have
excellent customer service skills
. They will be able work both independently and as part of a team to ensure the efficiency of our busy canteen. This role is 25 hours per week on a Term Time Only + 2 Weeks (41 Weeks per Year) contract. The working pattern - Monday to Thursday 9:00am to 02:15pm, Friday 9:30am to 1:30pm
Any training that is required for this role will be provided to you.

The successful candidate will:
Have excellent

operate tills
and order stock

train in food hygiene

the cleanliness and efficiency of kitchen equipment, service and canteen areas
Assisting
the Catering Supervisor and Catering Manager with
food preparation

food orders
as required
Assisting
service
of meals to students, staff and visitors, including operation of tills
