Summary

As a Catering Assistant at Age UK North Cumbria, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our food and beverage services meet the needs of our customers. Located within our community facilities, this position is essential for delivering high-quality service and fostering a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to clients. Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times. Support the catering team in daily operations and special events. Help with the setup and cleanup of dining areas before and after service. Provide excellent customer service to all clients and guests. Work alternate Saturdays .

Requirements

Experience in food preparation or catering is highly desirable. Strong understanding of food safety regulations. Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is a plus.
