Fixed-Term contract from May until the end of September 2025.

Main responsibilities

To assist in the catering operation ensuring excellent standards of food, beverage, team work and customer service at all times.

? Serving Customers

? Preparing hot drinks including, tea coffee and hot chocolate

? Helping with basic food preparation

? Handling cash and taking card payments

? Helping to clear tables and keep the cafe clean and tidy

? Keep food preparation and serving areas clean and tidy

General responsibilities

? To ensure excellent customer service at all times

? To be able to work both as part of a team and individually

? To represent the core values of the company at all times

Additional duties:

? Undertake any other reasonable management request

? Suitable candidates will be given training to take a leading role in the kitchens

? Attend staff meetings when required

? Work flexibly where possible to support colleagues when required

Legal Duties:

? Comply fully with all legal requirements including GDPR, Employment law, Weights and Measures, (this list is not exhaustive)

? Attend any Health and Safety training when required

? Ensure full compliance with all areas of Health and Safety as per company Health and Safety policy at all times

? Ensure full compliance with Food Hygiene Regulations at all times
