The Nursery School Company is seeking a friendly and dedicated

Catering Assistant

to join our team at our nursery in Charlwood.

In this role, you'll work alone to prepare and serve healthy, nutritious meals and snacks for the children, while keeping the kitchen area clean and organised. You'll play an important part in creating a homely, caring atmosphere where children can thrive.

Keeping the kitchen clean and tidy within our health and safety regulations

Washing up after meal service

Work alone completing preparation and serving pre-made delivered nutritious meals and snacks

Attention to detail (especially regarding children and allergies)

Works well as part of a team and on their own

Good communication skills with practitioners and off-site chef

Food safety Level 2 certificate desirable, not a requirement (training can be provided)

Hours:

6 hours per day Monday to Friday (8:00am to 2:00pm)
