As a Catering Assistant with ISS UK, you will be at the heart of the action and will play a key role in our catering operation, assisting with the preparation and service of food while keeping an excellent standard of cleanliness and safety.
In this role, you will assist in Patient Hospitality Catering under the guidance of the supervisor, ensuring you carry out the role effectively and to the required standards.

The Role


Support Catering Services Supervisors in managing daily objectives and targets as outlined in the business plan Carry out other related duties in line with the grade and purpose of the post Always act in a professional manner Attend training as required by the Catering Services Supervisors Work as part of a motivated and passionate team Deliver the highest standard of customer care Work to a high standard of general hygiene, maintaining the cleanliness of the site Uphold our Health & Safety values, always keeping a secure and safe environment Keep to deadlines, with prompt service of meals in line with our standards of accuracy

About You


Hard-working, outgoing, customer-focused individual supporting the development of the patient experience within the hospital Work closely with customers, patients, and staff to enhance the visitor and staff experience Enthusiastic approach to work Catering experience is preferred - but a positive, can-do attitude is essential Good understanding of the principals of food hygiene You can follow instructions but are not scared to make your own decisions for what's best for the customer Making sure the customer come first, ensuring their experience is an exceptional one one A determined team player who works well with others
