What you'll be doing...

As a Catering Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service in our Restaurant, Cafe, and Lounge areas. You'll ensure all service areas, counters, and fridges are set up and maintained to the highest standards, and that customers are welcomed and served in a friendly, professional manner.

Ensure all counters, fridges, and tables are fully set up before service begins Replenish stock throughout service, keeping displays fresh and attractive Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming dining area at all times Support the preparation and service of food and beverages Follow hygiene and cleaning schedules, ensuring safe food practices Operate tills and handle transactions in line with financial procedures Follow all Health & Safety and Food Safety guidelines, including correct uniform and PPE Report any equipment faults or incidents to management promptly Attend required training sessions and team meetings Be flexible and assist with any other duties as required by management

Working Pattern:

Monday - Friday / 20 hours per week / term time only
