Job Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and serving of meals and beverages in accordance with established guidelines and standards. Ensure that the kitchen and dining areas are maintained in a clean and orderly fashion. Support the catering team in managing inventory, including receiving deliveries and checking stock levels. Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas for events and daily operations. Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, addressing any inquiries or needs promptly.

Person Specifications

Previous experience in a catering or food service role is preferred. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
