Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Catering Assistant (Term Time Tuesday to Thursday 12.30pm-6.00pm) to join our team at Amesbury School. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our students receive nutritious and delicious meals in a welcoming environment. Your contributions will directly support our mission of providing an excellent educational experience.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to students and staff. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations. Support the catering team in menu planning and food presentation. Provide excellent guest services to create a positive dining experience. Help with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

Requirements

Experience in food preparation or catering is preferred. Strong understanding of food safety practices. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. A passion for hospitality and providing great service. Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment.
