Responsible for providing a high quality catering and hospitality service at various catering outlets, you will have a hands-on practical approach to food preparation, cooking and presentation ensuring compliance with Food Hygiene legislation and codes of practice.



Possession of a basic food hygiene certificate is essential and possession of NVQ Level 1 or equivalent in catering and/or customer care would be an advantage.



Experience of working in a catering outlet dealing directly with customers in a busy and demanding environment is essential as is experience of cash handling procedures and operating cash registers.



If you have excellent customer care skills, a proven track record of effective team working and have a flexible approach to work with a willingness to work evenings and weekends you could be just the person we are looking for.
