About the role We are looking to recruit a Catering Assistant to join our Catering team in Llanfihangel y Creuddyn Primary School on a permanent basis. You will be expected to manage the school kitchen on a day-to day basis according to the standards laid down by Ceredigion County Council. The role includes:
  • Distribution of meals from the producing kitchen to the receiving kitchen
  • General kitchen duties including washing up of equipment and utensils and the cleaning of all areas and surrounds
  • Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen at all times
  • Ensuring observance of Food Safety and Environmental Health standards
