Job Title: Catering Assistant

Location: Macclesfield Academy, SK11 8JR

Working Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday - Friday (Term time only - no evenings or weekends)

Hourly Rate: 12.21 (equated pay)

Aramark UK is currently recruiting a Catering Assistant to join our team at Macclesfield Academy. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a friendly, supportive team in a rewarding school environment. You'll be responsible for assisting with food preparation, serving customers, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the unit.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing simple food items such as sandwiches, grab-and-go options, and basic hot meals as needed Serving students and operating the till, always providing friendly and professional customer service Stocking shelves and putting away deliveries General cleaning duties in both front and back of house to maintain hygiene and cleanliness before, during, and after service

What We're Looking For:

Must be able to pass enhanced DBS checks and full security vetting Previous catering experience is desirable, but not essential - full training will be provided If you're enthusiastic, reliable, and looking for a role that fits around your schedule, we'd love to hear from you.
