28 hoursTo provide a modern Caf Bar concept catering service to staff, visitors and patients using the facilities whilst maintaining high standards of Food Safety & Food Hygiene at all times.The environment in which the meals are served should be clean, tidy, pleasant and relaxing at all times.Users of the service should receive a high level of Customer Service, fast, friendly and efficient delivered by staff with a high standard of personal presentation.Main duties of the job

• Cleaning of working areas, ancillary areas and equipment, etc.to set cleaning schedules' and frequencies
• Preparation of certain food products for the Caf Bar.
• Service of food.
• Clearing and cleaning of table and removal of crockery to the dishwashing area.
• Washing up responsibilities and correct use of detergents.
• Comply with departmental working instructions at all times.
• Comply with Food Hygiene Codes of Practice, Health and Safety at Work, COSSH, HACCP, and other Trust policies and procedures.
• Must project a friendly, helpful, courteous and professional image at all times when in contact with other hospital staff, visitors and patients.
