To provide a modern Caf Bar concept catering service to staff, visitors and patients using the facilities whilst maintaining high standards of Food Safety & Food Hygiene at all times.
The environment in which the meals are served should be clean, tidy, pleasant and relaxing at all times.
Users of the service should receive a high level of Customer Service, fast, friendly and efficient delivered by staff with a high standard of personal presentation.
