Experience:

Catering/Kitchen Assistant, minimum 6 months (essential) Basic Food Hygiene (Level 2) or willingness to obtain (essential) Understanding of food safety, allergens and temperature control (essential)

Reliable and trustworthy Energetic and enthusiastic Able to communicate effectively Happy to work individually or as part of a team

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Catering Assistant to help deliver lunchtime service for approximately 150-300 staff. You will prepare salads, reheat ready-prepared dishes, follow a daily production schedule, keep the kitchen and canteen areas clean, safe and well organised.
