Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
Support the catering team in setting up and clearing dining areas before and after service.
Ensure all food safety regulations are followed and adhered to during food preparation and service.
Assist with stock management, including receiving deliveries and storing items appropriately.
Provide excellent customer service to all guests and address any inquiries or concerns.
Person Specification
Previous experience in a catering or food service role is desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing demands.
Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
Willingness to undergo training as required.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
