Job Description

An opportunity has arisen in our kitchen team, and we are looking for a Catering Assistant to join us as part of our team in the Staff Cafe at Bettys Cafe Tearooms in Harrogate.


The role involves:


Food preparation and service Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness Upholding our food safety standards and health and safety policies Assisting with KP duties

This is a part time role working a minimum of 25 hours over 5 days which will include a Saturday every week. The hours of work will be 10am until 3pm each day. If you would like to discuss working patterns, please provide more details in your application.

About you

You will have a keen interest in food and will be passionate about producing the best quality dishes You'll have excellent attention to detail You will have good communication skills and the ability to work well with others. Experience of working in a busy kitchen as well as food safety and health and safety knowledge is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.
