At Green Wrythe Primary School, part of the Greenshaw Learning Trust, we are seeking a Catering Assistant to join our Catering team. This is an opportunity to play a key role in a supportive, forward-thinking environment where collaboration and purpose drive everything we do.

About the role:



You will be working as part of a team in the school catering facilities and assist in preparation and service of meals under instruction from the Catering Manager, ensuring food hygiene regulations are adhered to. General duties include food preperation, food service and kitchen cleaning. Alongside this, you will play an active part in the life of the school community, supporting its distinctive mission and ethos, and encouraging and ensuring staff, pupils and students adhere to school expectations.

You will bring:



The ideal candidate will have an enthusiasm for food service and creating a positive environment for our pupils. Previous experience in a similar catering role would be considered an advantage.
