Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of food items, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and regulations. Support the catering team during events by setting up dining areas, serving food and beverages, and clearing tables post-service. Help maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and catering equipment. Collaborate with chefs and other staff to ensure timely delivery of high-quality food service. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and assisting with any special requests. Participate in training sessions related to food safety, catering techniques, and hospitality best practices.

Skills

Experience in food preparation or catering is advantageous, with a solid understanding of food safety practices. Previous experience in a restaurant or bartending environment is beneficial. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A genuine passion for hospitality and helping others enjoy their dining experience.
