Job Description

Capabilitea Tearooms is a quirky tea and coffee shop located within the lovely Trentham Shopping Village.

We are looking for a catering assistant ready to step into a role in our kitchen, you will be passionate with experience, be willing to work hard and have a passion for customer service and team work.

We prepare and cook all our dishes from scratch, the same goes for all our barista standard coffees.

You will be literate, competent and comfortable with a till and cashing up procedure.

You will naturally be:

Friendly, approachable and able to build both team and customer rapport, whilst remaining calm under pressure. Full of passion and enthusiasm for customer satisfaction through excellent service. Must have an understanding of health and safety & food hygiene procedures. Organised, hard-working and able to multi-task / work in various roles i.e. taking customer orders, completing cleaning duties, barista work etc Hold a food hygiene certificate and be ready to start working in food preparation. Be capable of using a barista style coffee machine. Be comfortable using a POS system. Hold a key. This role is for a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (15 hours) Looking for immediate start
