We are seeking enthusiastic Baristas and Catering Assistants to join our team at Warwick Castle.

Catering Assistants

- You will be serving customers with a range of hot foods, including pizza, jacket potatoes, and waffles.

Barista

- You'll be crafting and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and deliver exceptional customer service, with the opportunity to refine their skills.

The Event Season at Warwick runs from Easter through to January 5th.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies. Accurately take customer orders and serve them promptly. Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders. Keep the work area clean and organized, ensuring equipment and utensils are properly cleaned. Assist with cooking and serving hot food items. Provide excellent customer service, engaging with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. Upsell products and suggest menu items based on customer preferences. Handle transactions using the till, processing both cash and card payments.

Qualifications

Excellent time management skills to efficiently manage multiple orders. Strong teamwork abilities and a willingness to assist colleagues when needed. Basic math skills for accurate handling of cash transactions. Knowledge of food preparation and food safety standards is a plus.

Pay: 8.50-12.21 per hour
