The preparation of high-quality sandwich and hot food van menu items for sale to customers. This post of for 10.5 hours a week Monday to Thursday 7am to 9am, Friday is 7am to 9.30am. Looking for the right candidate to start as soon as possible.
Key accountabilities
Maximise sales and share new business opportunities with management.
Maintain provision of stock, minimising waste and excess, including stock rotation.
Undertake all cleaning duties and other records and checks in line with environmental regulations and the organisation's Food Management Safety System.
Support with menu planning and recipe development, incorporating customer feedback from colleagues.
To maintain safe working practices at all times and ensure that statutory health and safety requirements are met.
To take responsibility for the safe conduct of work within your own work area.
To comply with all responsibilities and practices contained within Thrive Group Wales policies, procedures and systems.
To attend regular supervision meetings with your line manager, attend regular team meetings as and when required and take responsibility for your own professional development and learning.
