Duties

Prepare and present food items in accordance with established standards . Serve food to customers in a professional and courteous manner. Assist with the setup and breakdown of foodstuffs , and serving stations. Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and serving areas, adhering to food safety regulations. Provide excellent customer services by responding promptly to requests and addressing any concerns. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods. Maintain knowledge of menu items and ingredients to assist guests with dietary requirements or preferences.

Requirements

Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or restaurant environments is preferred. Strong food preparation skills with an understanding of culinary techniques. Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as required. A passion for the hospitality industry with a willingness to learn and grow within the role. Bartending experience is a plus but not essential.

Pay: 12.21 per hour
