Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, positive assistant to serve the food and beverage offer from the on-site cafe and restaurant facility ensuring a high standard of personal service for the employees of the building. Additionally, you will be required to assist with basic kitchen tasks (food prep), general cleaning and till support.
Full training and development will be provided.
26 hours per week Monday to Thursday between 7am-2pm. No splits, late shifts, bank holiday or weekend working.
Qualifications
Barista experience Experience in food preparation and restaurant environments Kitchen and culinary experience Strong time management abilities Upselling techniques to enhance customer experience Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
Assist in serving food and beverages to customers while ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Prepare ingredients and assist in food preparation to support kitchen operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.
