As a Caterer, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food at various events, ensuring that all aspects of the catering experience meet our guests' expectations.

Duties

Prepare and present food items according to menu specifications and dietary requirements. Set up and dismantle catering equipment and displays for events. Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional manner, ensuring excellent guest services. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all stages of food preparation and service. Collaborate with event coordinators to ensure seamless execution of catering services. Assist in menu planning and development based on client preferences and seasonal availability. Provide support during events, addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly.

Skills

Strong background in hospitality, with experience in catering or restaurant environments. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation. Excellent serving skills, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Culinary experience is highly desirable, including familiarity with various cooking techniques. Previous hotel experience is an advantage, particularly in event catering settings. Exceptional guest service skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
