Duties

Prepare and present a variety of dishes in accordance with catering menus and client specifications. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations throughout all stages of food preparation and service. Collaborate with the event planning team to understand client needs and preferences, providing suggestions to enhance the catering experience. Set up and dismantle catering equipment at event locations, ensuring all areas are left clean and tidy. Provide excellent guest services during events, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously. Assist in managing inventory levels of food supplies, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and available for upcoming events. Maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues in the hospitality sector, including hotel staff and restaurant teams.

Qualifications

Previous experience in catering, restaurant, or hotel environments is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods. Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is essential. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide outstanding guest services. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in bartending is an advantage but not mandatory. A genuine passion for hospitality and helping others create memorable experiences.
