Catering Supervisor - Ladypool Primary School, Birmingham B11 1QT

30 hrs hours per week working times are Monday - Friday term time only

between 8am-2pm approx.

To include 3 cleaning days, 3 training days and teacher training days

Salary is on a Pro Rata Basis

Grade 3 - 27,254 - 33,699

Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review

As a Catering Supervisor your responsibilities will include:


Preparing and cooking meals for pupils Planning and controlling all aspects of the service keeping the kitchen clean & tidy Costing, stocktaking and keeping appropriate records using IT skills Using Saffron, I Learning and Oracle Staff management and training To maintain a menu with balanced diets and allergen control To be aware of the care users' needs and dietary preferences. You will work collaboratively with managers and supervisors to ensure the first-class delivery of food in school kitchens
Previous kitchen experience is essential to this role
