FATSOS SANDWICH STORE

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team. As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the store, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and service.

Duties:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily running of the store, including food preparation, setup, service, and clean down.
- Train and mentor staff on food handling procedures, customer service, and product presentation.
- Manage stock and order supplies as needed.

- Monitor portion control.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the catering kitchen and storage areas.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner.

Skills:

- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food handling and operations.
- Experience in food preparation and storage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and management.
- Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays as required.

Hours:

Five days a week, must include a Saturday.

Sunday and one midweek day off.

Availability between 9am and 430pm.

Hours are flexible and can be discussed at the Interview stage.
