We are looking for a

Catering Supervisor

to join our team at

Dennison Barracks, Thatcham

. In this hands-on role, you'll lead a small team to deliver efficient and high-quality food services, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and compliance with food safety standards. This is a great opportunity for someone with supervisory experience in a catering or hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

Supervise and support the daily operations of the catering service Lead, motivate and develop a team of food service assistants Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness at all times Assist in food preparation and ensure food is presented to a high standard Support with stock control, ordering, and stock rotation Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and Sodexo policies Report to the Catering Manager and support in administrative duties when required

What we are looking for

Previous experience in a similar supervisory catering or hospitality role Excellent leadership and team-working skills Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety standards (Level 2 or above preferred) A positive and professional attitude in a busy environment
