Job Description

Mount Stuart is looking to recruit an experienced Catering Supervisor to head up our Courtyard Cafe team for the 2026 season, to ensure our visitors' experience consistently exceeds expectations.

This key role covers the planning and delivery of the cafe's catering options, from stock management to food preparation and service, with best practices in food hygiene and departmental safety.

The role is paid hourly and is fixed term March - October. Weekend and bank holiday work is part of the role.

Job Types: Fixed term contract, Full-time
Contract length: 7 months

Pay: 15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
