Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
Catering Supervisor
to join our team at a fixed location. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the catering service.Key Responsibilities:
Opening and closing the catering facility each day
Food preparation and cooking to a high standard
Serving customers in a friendly and professional manner, being ready for key busy worker break times
Maintaining excellent standards of food hygiene and safety
Cleaning and ensuring the kitchen and service areas are kept to a high standard
Stock control, ordering, and ensuring supplies are well managed
About You:
Previous experience in catering and supervising desirable
Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
Good communication and customer service skills
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 06:30 - 14:40 (no weekends).If you are enthusiastic about food, take pride in high standards, reliable and and enjoy leading by example, we would love to hear from you.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From 13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person
