The Catering Supervisor will assist the Catering Manager in organising and controlling all aspects of the catering operation to ensure compliance with client expectations, company policies, and statutory regulations.

With a strong focus on delivering high-quality food and service, the role includes responsibility for barista duties and ensuring hospitality service excellence throughout the operation.

The Role

Supervise and support catering staff to ensure efficient, high-quality service. Manage daily food service operations, including barista and hospitality areas. Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Deliver excellent customer service and ensure front-of-house areas are presentable. Oversee hospitality bookings, stock control, and retail space presentation. Monitor financial performance, including ordering, cash handling, and reporting. Build strong client relationships and support service innovation. Support recruitment, training, and performance development of team members.
