We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food preparation , coupled with exceptional leadership and team management skills. As a Catering Supervisor, you will oversee the catering operations, ensuring that all food production meets our high standards of quality and safety while delivering an outstanding hospitality experience to our clients.
Responsibilities
Ensuring efficient food production and service delivery. Communicating with all our shops
Able to bring new recipes, seasonal products to enhance our range.
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, adhering to food safety regulations and best practices.
Making corporate platters
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen and serving areas.
Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
Qualifications
Strong culinary skills with a background in food preparation, cooking, and food production.
Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
Previous experience in hospitality is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
